We want you to love your Caniora products. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

For defective or damaged items: please send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery so we can process your refund quickly. For general dissatisfaction (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.), no photo is required — just reach out to our support team.
